Abstract

  • The combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred and non-starred hotels in May 2025 reached 42.21 percent, down 2.06 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to May 2024. Conversely, on a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, it experienced a decline of 3.39 points compared to April 2025.
  • The ROR of star-rated hotels in May 2025 reached 50.96 percent, down 2.17 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to May 2024. Month-to-month (m-to-m) also decreased by 2.66 points compared to April 2025.
  • The ROR non-star hotel in May 2025 reached 22.73 percent, down 2.24 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to May 2024. Month-to-month (m-to-m) also decreased by 4.70 points compared to April 2025.
