Abstract

The combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star and non-star hotels in April 2025 reached 45.60 percent, down 0.20 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to April 2024. Conversely, on a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, it increased by 16.09 points compared to March 2025.
The TPK of star hotels in April 2025 reached 53.62 percent, up 0.28 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to April 2024. On a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, it also increased by 19.21 points compared to March 2025. The TPK of non-star hotels in April 2025 reached 27.43 percent, down 2.20 ... basis, it increased by 19.21 points compared to March 2025.
The TPK of non-star hotels in April 2025 reached 27.43 percent, down 2.20 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to April 2024. (m-to-m) increased by 9.10 points compared to March 2025.
