Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in star hotels in February 2025 reached 45.57 percent, down 3.87 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to February 2024. On a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, it also decreased by 0.10 points compared to January 2025.
Average length of stay (RLMT) in star hotels in February 2025 increased by 0.14 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to February 2024, reaching 1.44 days. Month-to-month (m-to-m) also increased by 0.13 points compared to January 2025.
