Abstract

The combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred and non-starred hotels in March 2025 reached 29.51 percent, down 7.49 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to March 2024. On a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, it also experienced a decline of 8.69 points compared to February 2025
The average length of stay (RLMT) of combined star and non-star hotels in March 2025 reached 1.35 days, an increase of 0.04 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to March 2024. On a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, there was a decrease of 0.01 points compared to February 2025
