Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in star hotels in January 2025 reached 45.67 percent, down 4.25 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to January 2024. On a month-to-month (m-to-m) basis, it also experienced a decline of 15.35 points compared to December 2024.
The average length of stay (RLMT) in star hotels in January 2025 increased by 0.03 points year-on-year (y-on-y) compared to January 2024, reaching 1.31 days. Month-to-month (m-to-m) decreased by 0.06 points compared to December 2024.
